Greg graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Lake Superior College in 2020.

“Massage is something very close to me because of how much it has changed my life. Going through school and receiving massage on a regular basis reduced my anxiety, boosted confidence within myself, and allowed me to really listen to and understand my body. I want to give all of the things massage gave to me, to others. There’s nothing better than seeing a client come out of a session visibly relaxed or with a big smile on their face. I am going to continue to sharpen and broaden my massage skills so I can give the best care to those who need it.”

Greg currently offers relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, and hot Himalayan stone massage. Greg is known for his extra work in the head, neck, shoulder, and chest regions.

Liz was born and raised in the small town of Fosston, MN. Following high school, she moved to Duluth and attended LSC where she completed massage therapy and physical therapist assistant programs.  During that time she met her husband and they have resided here ever since.  Liz has worked at infinity for over 7 years, and is currently very part time working just Thursdays from 9-2 and occasional Saturdays.

These days you will mainly find her at home doing the most important job she can imagine, being a mom to her 3 young kiddos. Spending time at parks and on walks with them, facilitating play dates, attending a community bible study, and hanging with friends is how she spends most of her days!

Liz is an animal lover and has two cats, and two dogs.  Faith, family and friends are the most important things to her.

She loves that her job as a massage therapist gives her a chance to connect with people she wouldn’t otherwise meet.  She is happy to chat a session away or stay silent the entire time depending on your preference!  No fragrance or scents are ever used in her sessions.  Liz’s go to massage style is a combination of relaxation with deeper work where needed, but she is happy to adjust the session to meet your needs.

Destiny has been a massage therapist since 2008, after earning her degree from Rasmussen College. Over the years, she has developed a great approach that combines relaxation techniques with deeper tissue work. She particularly enjoys offering deep tissue massages, cupping therapy, and extended two-hour sessions. What she loves most is helping individuals experience relief and enhancing their well-being through the benefits of massage therapy in everyday life.

A lifelong resident of Minnesota, Destiny moved to Duluth in 2016 and has embraced the beautiful lakeside lifestyle. Outside of her work, she has a passion for nature, loves photography, and finds relaxation in video games. She has also taken an interest in exploring haunted locations through paranormal investigations, which has allowed her to discover interesting places both within and outside the state.

Destiny and her wonderful wife share their home with a mischievous cat named Jake and a charming dog named Finn. They envision a future where they can find a cozy piece of land to build a lovely house, allowing them to welcome even more furry friends into their lives.

Miala, aka Mo, was born and raised right here in Duluth, MN. She completed massage school at Aveda Institutes- Minneapolis in 2016. Soon after graduating she worked with a chiropractor augmenting patient care for those with injuries and chronic pain. After gaining experience in the Twin Cities she decided to move back to the Duluth area.

Miala specializes in chronic pain, structural integration, deep tissue, trigger point, crainosacral, ashiatsu, fire cupping, sports massage, hot stones and pregnancy. She is very passionate about learning how the body works. She is always finding new ways to improve clients muscles, nervous system and over all body functions. Miala enjoys studying and learning new modalities. Giving her clients a variety of choices to help benefit their massage session. Miala’s aim is to improve clients tension areas, range of motion and over all rejuvenation.

Connie has been practicing Massage since 2012 after graduating from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. She has worked various settings over the years ranging from relaxing spa services to therapeutic techniques alongside chiropractic treatment.

She has a background in reflexology of the feet and has studied in Physical Therapy and Personal Training at Lake Superior College. Connie specializes in deep tissue work and has recently expanded her knowledge base with Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki Energy Work.

She has a passion for helping and bringing a smile to others with a bright and positive energy.

Cassandra has been doing massage for about 13 years. She attended Saint Paul College and finished with an AAS degree in clinical sports massage. She believes that massage should be tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

She offers a variety of techniques ranging from intuitive relaxation to dynamic sports massage. She also offers pregnancy massage, hot stone, cupping, scraping and has some training in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.

Why she chose a career in massage: She was in an accident while attending college and began getting massage to help with pain. Out of all the modalities in her pain management therapy, massage was the most helpful because the massage therapist she was working with was able to listen to what her body needed through his hands. She adopted this technique from him and has been practicing it since. She fully believes in the healing power of massage therapy.

She loves sunshine, hiking, and anything that has to do with nature. She also enjoys reading, writing, photography, studying, poetry, arts and finding the best taco places in town.

Hrafn has been in the wellness industry since 2020, recently graduating from Lake Superior College’s massage therapy program in 2025. Previously, he was a yoga instructor and an herbalist in Oregon although he was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, if you want to talk about the Pittsburgh Steelers, he’s afraid he doesn’t know much about football. Hrafn found his way to Duluth a few years ago with his husband and one-eyed chihuahua, Lil’ Lady.

In Hrafn’s free time he is often found studying or somewhere outside enjoying the fresh air. He plans on pursuing a doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine while enjoying the small things in life. Hrafn also enjoys hiking, camping, swimming, reading fantasy novels and mythology, gardening, and playing really difficult video games.

Hrafn’s journey to holistic wellness started by growing up with his Icelandic mother and community on the east coast. He was taught about the limited medicine of the small island; the healing power of herbs and hot springs. Learning how to grow his own medicine as a teen led to his desire to help people.

Hrafn currently offers relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, couples, and pregnancy massage.

Promoting healing and wellness one day at a time.

Madi is a graduate of Massage Therapy at Lake Superior College, and is elated to be joining the Infinity Massage team. She is hoping that the friendly and welcoming staff at Infinity will help her to hone and refine her formal education while she continues to invest in her future as a medical massage therapist.

She offers relaxation/swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, seated chair, pregnancy, injury specific, ear candling and couples massages, and has discovered a propensity for modalities better treat each unique client and their needs.

Madi has lived in Duluth her entire life and feels that the twin ports area has spoiled her. (She can’t imagine living anywhere without lake or trail access at this point.) As much as she loves the area, she has always had an even greater love of reading, writing, and learning. She began her education at UMD with a focus in Journalism before switching over to the Massage Therapy program at LSC- realizing that there were other ways that she might be better-suited to contribute to the well-being of the community.

During the week she has a second full-time job and spends most evenings curled up with a good book, a great cup of tea, and her two bearded dragons Mushu and Dominic. When she isn’t baking or rolling up her sleeves and delving into the next crafts project (much to her roommate’s annoyance), of course.

Why Massage? Madi maintains that she didn’t choose massage- massage chose her. As long as she’s been able to walk she’s been walking on her grandfather’s back or reaching out and trying to soothe sore shoulders. It only took 20 years for her to realize that massage was her calling and with proper education she could make a living of it. To her, nothing is more satisfying than knowing there is something she can do to ease the strains of daily life, and promote healing of her clients in a direct and positive way.

So if you know anyone who could use some muscle-work. Or if you yourself would like some help reconnecting to your body, please come to Infinity and let our experienced cast of therapists help aid you on your path to wellness. We look forward to working with you.

Ali received her massage therapy diploma in 2016 from Lake Superior College. She offers relaxation, deep tissue and prenatal massage. She received additional training in gua sha and cupping from Adagio Holistic Therapies in St. Paul, MN. Clients are always surprised by the deep pressure she is able to achieve with her small stature.

Her and her husband have always been drawn to the beauty of the north shore and have been happily living in Duluth since 2014. When she’s not massaging, Ali enjoys homemaking, grandma hobbies and spending as much time as she can in the woods and waters of Duluth with her husband, their sons and their elderly Brittany Spaniel.

Since having her oldest son in 2021, she has developed a passion for helping other mamas find relaxation and tension release during their pregnancy and postpartum seasons while their body grows and adjusts to carrying, birthing and then caring for their sweet baby. Receiving regular massage during both her pregnancies made the biggest difference in how her body felt the months leading up to and during her labor and births. Her body was feeling so great that she was even able to massage clients up until the day she started labor!

Her favorite part about being a massage therapist is connecting with people and being able to help them anyway she can. She enjoys getting to know them on a personal level and developing a treatment plan that is specific to their individual needs. She strives to help clients reach an overall sense of well-being whether that be from the hands on therapy itself, the self care tips she gives to maintain the benefits of your massage or just the presence and genuine care she approaches each session with. She loves being able to see the difference receiving massage has made for her client’s mental, emotional and physical health.

Mackenzie was born and raised in Duluth, MN. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Lake Superior College in May of 2018.

In Duluth she has worked at Massage Envy and Fitgers Salon and Spa. After that, she had the opportunity to move to NC where she worked at Coastal Massage and Wellness. There, she developed an enjoyment for sports massages, and post liposuction surgery lymphatic massages. Her style of massage is a mix of relaxation and deep tissue. She enjoys getting those stubborn knots out and getting her clients walking out the door feeling better than when they came in! She prefers doing deep tissue work with cupping and gua sha, but enjoys being able to help anyone.

Mackenzie always is looking to learn more to help her clients. She goes the extra mile to research questions clients have. She also completes continuing education classes yearly.

(he/him/they/them)

Warren graduated from LSC massage program. He offers relaxation, prenatal, couples, gua sha & deep tissue.

Warren chose a career in massage therapy because massage therapy is inherently relational and service-oriented while offering diverse opportunities for technical and spiritual growth. Working with clients is a grounding experience for Warren. He loves the privilege of offering clients moments of relief and relaxation from life’s physical, mental, and emotional trials and tribulations. Importantly to him, Warren loves the element of healing and humanity therapeutic massage can offer a community through the affirmation that every person is worthy of receiving skilled, respectful, focused, kind, and compassionate touch in this world.

Sydnee has been a massage therapist for nine years. In order to pursue massage therapy she left behind a career in urban agriculture. She worked on small farms for ten years in her hometown of Pittsburgh PA. She attributes this to her firm touch and to her holistic approach to bodywork

Sydnee sees rest as movement and likes to incorporate movement into her sessions. She knows that each client is a three dimensional being who needs to be treated like one, not like wooden dolls. This idea has motivated Sydnee to study many modalities so she could work with the musculoskeletal and the energetic system of the body.

She has studied Holistic Foot Reflexology from Dorit Brauer in order to address the Meridian System found in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Klose to learn how to address swelling and inflammation with its signature feather light touch.

She learned pregnancy massage to provide relief for a special albeit uncomfortable period in some women’s lives. At the moment she is studying Cranio-Sacral Therapy for her third year in a row. The light touch of this modality feels just like energy work but with a basis in anatomy.

Sydnee is a compassionate and fun loving therapist who meets her clients where they are at, ensuring to check in with their wants and needs before, during and after each session.

No matter which modality you ask Sydnee to provide, her intention is the same: To provide long lasting relief and balance to all of her clients.

Lauren was born and raised in Duluth, MN. She is married with two children Luna and Ian, two step children Lucy and Matilda and a golden retriever named Gus. Lauren is super passionate about self care and living a healthy lifestyle.

She knew after the first day that this would become a passion and a lifelong career.

What does she love most about her career? Not only is she making someone’s day that much better and less stressed but most of her clients she has had for over 20 years now. To gain someone’s trust and get to know them over the years has been a blessing. And seeing the look on the clients face as they open that door is priceless.
