We are currently open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 8 pm, Saturday from 9 am – 4 pm, and Sunday from 9 am – 4 pm. Appointments may be available outside these hours. Contact us with questions.

Yes! Infinity is by appointment only. To see advance availability and book online, visit our Appointment page. We also often have same-day openings. Please call 218-341-8799 to check availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session in order to fill out a client health intake form and ensure that your service begins on time. This also gives you a chance to meet your practitioner and relax your mind and body before your session starts.
We do accept some plans. We don’t typically bill the insurance company directly, but rather provide you with detailed receipts for your treatment that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. For specific questions, please call us at 218-341-8799.
Yes! We currently offer massage packages of 5 or 10 sessions for extra savings. Click here to learn more about our packages, or call us at 218-341-8799 with questions or to purchase.
We currently do not offer combined service packages. Multiple services may be booked individually for your visit.
Yes! As our way of saying “thanks,” Infinity offers a variety of special discounts. Visit our Discounts page for more information.
Yes! We do offer Infinity gift cards that can be purchased in any denomination and used towards either services or retail products.
Gift cards are available for purchase the following ways:
- In store
- By phone: Call 218-341-8799 to purchase by credit card and have gift card mailed to you or the intended recipient.
- Buy online: Purchase digital gift cards in our e-store to be sent via email to the recipient.
Yes! Couples massages are done in the same treatment room. Each client has their own massage therapist and the massage is tailored to their unique needs. Infinity has two treatment rooms dedicated to couples massage. For questions or booking, call 218-341-8799.
Many clients will browse through Our Team and read the bios to learn more about each therapist, their experience and specialties. It also offers a glimpse of their interests and personality which can be helpful in choosing a therapist you may connect with the best or feel most comfortable.
Your session is reserved for you! To respect your provider’s time we ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. For changes less than 24 hours in advance, we do maintain a $35 cancellation fee. Esthetician cancellations (for services under $70), are charged at half the session price. Sauna cancellations are a $10 fee. If you choose to not show up or contact us about your session time you will be charged the full price of services. This allows Infinity to ensure our staff is fairly compensated when their schedule changes through no fault of their own.
